Canadian Border Denies Lil Uzi Vert Entry Fans Destroy Stage

Denied Entry…

The Festival Santa Teresa in Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec, Canada is where Lil Uzi Vert cancelled his performance. The rapper has a reputation for cancelling shows at festivals. Although this time may not of been his fault but the blame is going to the immigration border control in Canada who denied him entry into the country.

The rapper immediately took to social media to rant about the situation. He states he knows about his rep for not making shows and that he tried to make it to his festival.

The festival was also featuring appearances from Trippie Redd and Ski Mask but they cancelled as well. Fans grew restless and became angry as they got news of the Uzi cancelling. It was shortly after the news, that fans began to rush the stage. Although the festivals official Twitter page asked fans to leave the premises with calm and respect, that was no use as 100+ people rushed the stage to destroy audio equipment and vandalized the stage.

The festival has since announced they will be issuing refunds. The police are investigating what transpired that night and are asking that people come forward with any additional information.
